Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the HomeTrust website and services.
1. What HomeTrust is
HomeTrust is a local directory that helps homeowners find independent contractors/handymen. HomeTrust does not perform repairs, is not a general contractor, and does not guarantee the work of any listed provider.
2. Listings and advertisements
Contractor listings may be paid advertisements. Listing placement and “featured” status may be influenced by payment and other factors. Homeowners should evaluate contractors independently and obtain written estimates before hiring.
3. No warranties
HomeTrust provides the directory “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, available, or suitable for your needs. You use the site at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeTrust will not be liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from services performed by contractors listed on the site.
5. Contractor obligations
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, compliance with applicable laws, licensing, insurance, and the quality and safety of their work. HomeTrust may remove or suspend listings at its discretion.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
